1Acceptance of FM26 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to fm26, an online casino platform operating under the name fm26.my. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application and all services provided by fm26 (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

• Not an FM26 Employee: Employees, contractors, suppliers, and immediate family members of individuals directly involved in the operations of fm26 are not eligible to register a player account.

Fm26 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete the verification request within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary freeze or permanent closure of the account.

3Account Registration & User Responsibilities

Each fm26 user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, identity card number, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of the fm26 Terms & Conditions.

During the registration process, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including:

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Fm26 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian local payment methods. All financial transactions on the fm26 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include:

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. fm26 does not accept third-party deposits. Any attempt to deposit funds through another person's account may result in the transaction being frozen and subject to further investigation.

5Winnings Withdrawal

Fm26 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from an fm26 account:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit (DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, FPX and other listed methods).
• Identity verification (KYC): First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 require full identity verification. Please provide a copy of your MyKad and proof of payment method to expedite the process.
• Bonus rollover: Any bonus credits that have not met the rollover requirements may not be withdrawn. Only real money balances (cash) are eligible for withdrawal without fulfilling rollover requirements.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Fm26 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members as part of an enhanced gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specified rollover requirements (wagering requirements), and players are responsible for understanding these terms before accepting any bonus offer.

• Welcome bonus: Available to new fm26 members up to RM 888. The rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received, within 30 calendar days.
• Daily cashback: Automatically credited for qualifying daily net losses. Cashback carries no rollover requirement and may be withdrawn directly. The maximum daily cashback amount is as specified on the fm26 promotions page at the time.
• Reload bonus: Available to existing members on selected weekends. The rollover requirement for the reload bonus is 10x the bonus value within 14 days.

9Prohibited Conduct at FM26

Fm26 players are expected to conduct themselves fairly, honestly and respectfully towards all other users and the platform at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's name, identity card number, or personal information.
• Money laundering: Using the fm26 platform to transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal sources.
• Multiple account ownership: Holding more than one fm26 account in any form.
• Payment fraud: Using stolen credit or debit cards, invalid cheques, or fraudulent payment methods to deposit funds into an fm26 account.
• Bug exploitation: Intentionally exploiting any error, bug, or technical vulnerability in fm26's gaming system for unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Colluding unfairly with other players in multi-player games to manipulate outcomes.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Fm26 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so. • If an account is closed due to a violation by the user, fm26 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account, including cash and bonus credits.

• Users may also close their fm26 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid cash balance will be processed for withdrawal within the standard timeframe following a final verification process.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee of RM 10 per month, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email 30 days before this fee takes effect.

12FM26 Limitation of Liability

The fm26 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fm26 makes no warranties or representations that the Platform will operate without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses and other harmful components.

• Fm26 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of game outcomes, including losses arising from unforeseen technical failures, except in circumstances where fm26 is directly responsible for such errors.
• Fm26 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account as a result of the user's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.
• Fm26's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the most recent deposit made by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.

13Amendments to Terms & Conditions
